Overview
The OPD timings are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM from Monday to Saturday.
Appointments are given round the clock from the OPD front office for all the consultants. Taking prior appointments is recommended before coming to the hospital. We have a centralized appointment system.
You may book an OPD appointment by: Telephone and : “May I Help you” counters in the Front Office. You will be allotted a timeslot with an appointment and you may expect 20 minutes of consultation time for first OPD consultation and 10 minutes for follow-ups.
If you are a walk-in and wish to consult a doctor, you will be referred to the consultant available as per the roster at that time. You may have to wait for some time to meet the doctor as mostly the cases in the OPD arrive with prior appointment. However, out of turn consultation may be provided in case of emergency or to senior citizens. In case you have a preference of a consultant on the panel, kindly inform the front office at the OPD so that an appointment with the preferred consultant can be scheduled.
In case you are already registered with the hospital, please quote the same at the front office. This would ensure that your hospital records are available with the doctor, by the time you arrive, thereby serving you better. In case you do not know whom to consult, just write to us specifying your symptoms and we will call you back with the details of who to visit how, why and when.
